NK Architects were approached to develop a scheme on the proposal site, which would be financially viable and cost effective to build, due to the low sale values for apartments in this part of Manchester. We developed a scheme which consisted of 33 Apartments (27 two bedroom and 6 one bedroom); with a 37 semi-basement car parking spaces and 10 cycle lockers. Our proposal for the development of the site offered greater revenue and a more cost effective build.

Kingsbridge Road, Manchester
NK Architects were appointed to obtain outline planning permission for a residential development on a vacant site, which previously housed a public house. Outline planning for the erection of 12 semi-detached dwelling was granted in June 2015. A reserved matter application was submitted in September 2016, and full planning was granted in January 2016.
