NK Architects typically offer project management service for projects we have designed, however we are able to offer this service for projects which have been designed by another consultant and are ready to commence work on site. 

We can undertake project management with a principle contractor, where are involvement is mainly project administration; or we can provide a project management service where the main contract is divided into sub-contract packages and manage each sub-contractor; effectively acting as the principle contractor, this method of procurement can offer major cost savings for the client. The following would be included in this service:

• Tender Issue and tender return

• Appointment of the contractor and contract administration

• Interim Payments and Inspection of works on site

• Hand over procedures, Final Certificate

• Post occupancy Feedback
