NK Architects have been appointed for the development of 3 listed buildings in Grimsby town centre.  The listed buildings have fallen into disrepair due to years of neglect; and unfortunately large parts of the buildings will not be salvageable.

 

We are proposing to retain the most important element of the 3 listed buildings, which is the principle facade facing Eleanor Street; our proposal is to retain the listed facades and erect 3 new buildings behind the facades, creating 120 new residential units, with associated car parking and landscaping.
