NK Architects were appointed to undertake the design, planning and building control for the extension of a semi-detached dwelling; the brief was to add a large open plan kitchen dining area.

NK Architects designed a single storey rear and side extension to the property and successfully secured planning for the proposed scheme, and acquired building control.  The project was successfully completed.
