NK Architects were appointed to undertake the design, planning and building control for the extension of a detached dwelling; the brief was to add a double storey extension to both sides of the elevations, and a part single storey and part double storey extension to the rear.

 

NK Architects design provided 2 additional bedrooms, one a master bedroom with an en-suite and walk-in-wardrobe, the ground floor was extended to create a large open plan kitchen dining area, an additional reception room and a study. The total area added to the existing property was approximately 100 square metres, which surpassed the clients brief; the project was successfully completed.
