A 35,000 square foot mixed use development consisting of 6 Showrooms on the ground floor and Grade-A offices suites on the first and second floors. There is also a communal roof garden and a private gym and spa facilities accessed off the roof terrace.

NK Architects helped the client develop the concept design, obtained all the statutory consents for planning and building control. The client procured the project as the principle contractor and NK Architects were appointed as Project Managers; we also provided full CDM services and Project Administration for the whole scheme.
