A development of 19 Commercial Units, with associated car parking and access road. The proposal site currently houses a single storey industrial unit, approximately 6,000 square feet. The proposed development will see the demolition of the existing unit and the erection of 19 two storey commercial units (2,000 square feet each).
NK Architects undertook a feasibility exercise for the client to ascertain the most commercially viable development of the site; developed the proposal for planning submission and all the supporting information.
