The architectural design service is suitable for clients who may choose to follow the design and build procurement route, where the direct architectural input concludes prior to the construction phase.  This service would also suit a client that intends to pause their project between completion of the design stage and starting work on site.  This service covers stages 0-4 in the RIBA Plan of Works 2013.

The following would be included in this service:

  • Identify the clients’ needs and development of the project brief

  • Feasibility Study

  • Development of the preferred option

  • Submission of a full planning application

Full Architectural Service
